Drifter Ferments offers a rotating array of products, including vegetable ferments, tempeh, miso, yogurt, nut cheese, sourdough bread, and cultured condiments. All our ferments are made in-house and featured on our menu. Hours for pick-up or dine-in are Thursday through Sunday.
