In honor of Black History Month, join the Town of Warwick Historian, Dr. Richard Hull, and Village of Warwick Historian, Ms. Ivy Tulin, as they discuss the era of Reconstruction, 1870s to present in a virtual lecture. The program will touch upon how opportunities and obstacles in the struggle for racial equality rise and fall over decades, and highlight advances made and lost over the last century.
