View a depiction of a Women's "Tea Party" – a Secret Suffrage Meeting exhibit in the ballroom at Baird's Tavern on Saturday, April 24 & 25 from 2 to 4 p.m.
The exhibit represents how women would meet in the 1800s under the guise of literary or tea parties to discuss the important issues of the day, such as dress reform and equal rights.
Warwick's own Lydia Sayer Hasbrouck is featured at the exhibit. Suggested donation $5 per person, free for WHS members.
