Rise and Shine Yoga is a unique, soul-nourishing experience held in our peaceful center, where horses can offer their quiet, calming presence. This class is open to all levels—no experience needed. Come as you are, breathe deeply, move with intention, and let nature (and our four-legged friends) help you rise into your day with clarity and joy. Yoga mats are available as well as a limited supply of bolsters and straps.
This class will be outdoors, weather-permitting.
